A little about me.
I am a coffee-loving body nerd who loves to blast NPR in the car. My mission is to empower beginners and those recovering from an injury to be strong in their yoga practice. As your private teacher, I do this by listening to your needs and respecting your current physical experience. I will geek out (with you) as you learn about your movement patterns and gather your favorite meditation practices. We co-create a practice that truly fits and enhances your lifestyle.
When I'm not teaching, I'm likely studying at Health Education and Exercise Science at OSU-Tulsa, taking a nap (I'm an A+ napper), or eating one of my 3 favorite meals (1. scrambled eggs and avocado toast, 2. baked salmon, basmati rice, and steamed broccoli, 3. almond butter with a spoon.)
My favorite days involve a great latte, a sweaty movement practice, and being a bonafide homebody with my fiancé.
