I am a coffee-loving body nerd who loves to blast NPR in the car.
My mission is to empower athletes, yoga beginners, and those recovering from an injury to be strong in their practice.
As your private teacher, I do this by listening to your needs and respecting your current physical experience. I will geek out (with you) as you learn about your movement patterns and gather your favorite meditation practices. We co-create a practice that truly fits and enhances your lifestyle.
When I'm not teaching, I'm likely studying (third-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student), lifting at the CrossFit gym, or running around Tulsa.

My favorite days involve a great cappuccino, a sweaty movement practice, and being a bonafide homebody with my husband.
